I. Property Sellers...We have a niche.  We want to provide high-end value, aesthetic, and quality at fair market rents. Gone are the days of property and tenant neglect.  

We look for 20 to 100 unit multi-family properties throughout northeast Ohio that are begging to be brought back to life. These are the properties that need facelifts and dollars to be reinvested. These properties may have tenant issues or high vacancy. They are challenging and not for everyone, but these are the diamonds in the rough in our own backyards that get us excited.

II. Financial Partners...We look for symbiotic relationships in growing our pool of capital and welcome limited partners who share our vision.  They understand that we like to go above and beyond, and with that, they can expect double-digit annual returns on their initial investment. We have all heard that managing rental properties can certainly become a big headache.  Some owners we have dealt with were looking for passive income.  They purchased their property and initially enjoyed the management, but as we all know, situations change.  Whether it be newborns, aging, or a change of passion, there are situations that make sense to bring in 3rd party management. Other situations involve mismanagement or receiving the "bare minimum".  We want more and we give more.We are the listeners. We want to hear our tenants and understand their concerns. 

We currently manage single family homes, duplexes, and multi unit-apartments.  Our growth plate involves managing 20 to 100 units.  We are currently reviewing opportunities within this criteria and would love to discuss this further.
